GlowStack

GlowStack is a booking, billing and staff management platform built for Indian salons, barbershops, beauty parlours, spas and freelance makeup artists. Each business picks its type at setup and gets its own service categories and a simpler menu.

Front desk

• Bookings and walk-ins on one live board, updated in real time for every staff member.
• A public booking site for each business, with customer OTP sign-in.
• Double-booking protection enforced in the database, and role-based access for owner, manager, receptionist and stylist.

Billing

• Bills follow the business's GST registration: a plain bill, a bill of supply under the composition scheme, or a full GST tax invoice.
• Cash, UPI and card payments, with bills sent on WhatsApp.

Home visits, events and spas

• Home visits with travel time blocked automatically and travel fees added to the bill.
• Bridal and event packages across several sessions, with an advance and balance on one bill.
• Spa rooms and beds that never double-book, couples bookings, and a choice of therapist.

Service and staff

• A live service timer that the salon and the customer both see, with wait estimates that account for stylists working in parallel.
• Attendance, commissions, payroll, inventory, memberships and multi-branch support.
• Installable on a phone, with a Today screen for freelancers.
