CampusOne
A multi-tenant campus ERP for Indian colleges: admissions, attendance, results, fees, leave, messaging, video meetings, events and careers, with an AI assistant that answers from the college's own records.

Tech Stack
CampusOne gives a whole campus one login. Administrators, principals, faculty, students and parents each sign in to the same system and see the part that belongs to them, with no re-keying between departments. Every institution gets its own branded portal from a single deployment.
Five portals, one record
- Administrator: admissions pipeline, student and staff records, fee invoices, transport and hostel allocations, modules and access control.
- Principal: institution-wide attendance and results, leave and exam sign-off, staff appraisals and an early-warning board.
- Faculty: subjects, attendance marking, marks entry, leave and parent meeting requests.
- Student: attendance, results, fee payment, leave and fest registrations, built mobile-first.
- Parent: their child's attendance and results, online fee payment, messages to staff and video meetings with teachers.
Seventeen modules
Core modules (admissions, students and staff, attendance, results, fees, leave, circulars and feedback) are always on. Transport, hostel, guardian messages, parent meetings, events, library, careers and more can be switched on per college, and a module that is off has its routes and menus removed.
Also included
- Online fee payments through Razorpay, reconciled against invoices.
- Video meetings between parents and staff.
- Ask CampusOne, an assistant that answers from the institution's own records, plus an early-warning view for at-risk students.
- A setup wizard that gets a new college running in an afternoon.
